Two elementary school sites and a middle school have been proposed, being a master planed community Fire station #56, was opened in April 2004, and is located within the community off of Elkhorn Drive. The Aliante library, a new 15,900 sq. ft. facility was opened in May 2006 A new casino has broken ground and will be named Aliante Station. Being built by Station Casinos and had their grand opening in 2008.
