Flexible Marketing Plan:
My marketing plan is designed to get the results you have come to expect from Remax agents. My marketing plan includes a listing in the Multiple Listing Service. Posting on 8 wed sites including on http://www.theneighborhoodhometeam.com/ and our sister site http://www.retirelasvegasstyle.com/, emails to most real estate agents in the Las Vegas valley, and yard signs. Talking House System not to mention the extensive personal marketing I do. It's not just about Listing your house Its about Selling it.
No Up Front Fees:
I will never ask for any up front fee, advance payment fee, marketing fee or any other fee. I will never ask you for any money during the listing period. I get paid at close of escrow. If we don"t close I don't get paid. It's that simple.
No Transaction Fee:
Some Real Estate Agents and /or Realtors pass on the costs they incur from marketing your property. Sometimes there called Doc warehousing fees, transaction fees, or some other clever name and can range anywhere from $150 to $600 in addition to the commission you pay. You will never be asked to pay this fee with my Sellers Advantage Program.
Cancel the Listing at any time:
With my program either you or I can cancel the listing at anytime. The listing will be canceled effective from the time I'm
notified, it's that simple. It can take a couple of days for the sign to be removed and the listing withdrawn from the
Multiple Listing Service.
Flexible Offer Presentation:
All offers will be faxed or delivered to myr office. Never will I allow you to be pressured by the buyer's agent or their buyer. You will have the option to have offers presented to you in person or over the phone. I will review the offers together talk about all your options and you can make your decision that right for you.
Your Safety:
It's very important that you feel at ease with the showing of your property. I understand that most everyone has busy lives and their own schedule. You choose when you want your home to be shown by Realtors and their buyers and when you don't. That's why I use one of the most advanced and secure lock boxes in the real estate industry that can only be opened by an electronic key by Realtors and those keys have to be updated nightly by the Realtors Association or they don't work.
Sell your property yourself, while it's listed and pay us nothing:
That's right, you find the buyer yourself, write the agreement yourself, and take care of escrow and the inspections yourself. I will cancel your listing agreement. And you don't owe me anything. Just call me when you find a buyer. No fee does not apply to a buyer who has been exposed to your home by us or another agent while your property has been listed with me.
