Aliante: Aliante the newest Master planned community of North Las Vegas. Llocated in the very north part of town near the Sheep Mountain Range. With a championship golf course and world class amenities this community is in a league of it's own. With housing prices from the mid $200,000 resale homes in Sun City Anthem's age restricted neighborhood to the Anthem Country Club with homes between $500,000 to over $2,000,000 there is a home for every taste and need.

Desert Shores: Desert Shores is located in the northwest area of the valley, in the city of Las Vegas. This unique lake community was developed in 1988 and includes 22 different residential districts, from gated luxury homes to apartments.
